At the October PTO meeting it was announced that we as a PTO would like to feed 1 or more families of SS Palmer and Parkside in need, a Thanksgiving meal.  We are asking everyone who attends the November meeting to please bring an item for a Thanksgiving meal.  We will accept anything you may find at a Thanksgiving dinner. (Potatoes, canned pumpkin, cranberry sauce, gravy, etc.) If you choose, you may also make a monetary donation towards the purchase of a turkey or other items needed to complete the meal(s).  A box will be at the meeting for your donations.  Please see an officer if you have a monetary donation.  Please remember donations will only be accepted at the meeting.  Do not send a donation to school with your child.  If you would like to make a donation but will not be able to attend the meeting please contact an officer and we will be happy to make arrangements to pick it up from you.  We thank you in advance for your generosity.
